Identity design for Henry's Honey
A simple, yet distinctive logo design where the mark itself is strong enough to be on its own.
The label design was a tough challenge. Especially finding the right hierarchy and information to put in while still keeping it clean, strong and simple to digest.
The idea behind the tagline "Take what's appropriate" came from my research about the bee industry where farmers are known for replacing the honey with a sugar substitute which lacks nutrients, fats and vitamin.
So the message is "we focus on bee-centered approach to hive management - and only takes honey when plentiful and appropriate."
