For this brief I wanted to focus on Henry and make a story about Henry to make Henry's Honey stand above the current honey (bee and honeycomb) packaging in supermarkets. I made up a story that Henry was the first beekeeper in Britain to train bee's to form a beard on his face (see back of packaging). I then used a rustic paper texture followed by a light honeycomb pattern across the label. When researching in to honey I found out that they used to write the date on the jar so the consumer would know when it is nice to eat, the date on my packaging would be the expiry date to give the label a well known feel.
I had a lot of fun designing this label!
