I tried to condense the wordmark slightly by combining the letters I and T, which has the benefit of shrinking the logo's footprint. I then changed the bottom of the I to gold, rounding out the classic blue, gold and white color scheme as well as leading the eye through the name and differentiating the combined letters from each other. The location of the hotel is added at the bottom for a little extra distinction, which could then be later changed to other cities very easily.
