Project overview:

Everyone loves a Sunday! Create a cute, custom illustration using Sundays as the key theme. Creating personable, fun graphics on projects like these is a great way to improve your design skills and enjoy yourself at the same time. Projects like these can be overwhelming, though, since the brief is so loose - there are so many directions in which to take the design - that it's easy to get lost.

So. start working-out a direction for your poster. Perhaps you like to lie in bed, watch films and chill on a Sunday; perhaps you like to get creative and zone-out; or, maybe you like cooking and spending time with friends and family. Whatever you get up to on your Sunday, use it as inspiration for a custom piece of design. Think of phrase, sentence or illustration that can visually represent your Sunday poster artwork.

Whether it’s an illustration or a custom typographic piece, it’s up to. You may have some artwork or designs lying around that went unused after a past personal projects that are suitable here. Put together some moodboards, though remember that you need to develop a sense of direction - whether it comes from way strokes are used, amount of color, or illustrative approach - early into this project.
